WHAT IS WINAWOOD: Winawood is the Zero Maintenance Wood Effect Furniture created for those wanting a long lasting, sturdy and fully recyclable garden product. Winawood has been created using recycled polymer materials and combines the appearance of wood (including a natural grain effect) with the durability and maintenance characteristics that makes it resistant, easy to clean and fully recyclable. NATURAL GRAIN EFFECT: This gives our unique product a natural wood effect, while effectively being made from recycled polymer material. FULLY RECYCLABLE: Winawood is made from recycled polymer materials, this reduces the need to grow, harvest or extract new raw materials from the Earth. Winawood is fully recyclable, meaning that the materials can be reused and converted into future products. NO SPECIAL TREATMENT REQUIRED: To maintain the unique finish, we recommend wiping the product with a cloth and warm water or, for stubborn stains, feel free to use a pressure hose. Due to the material having been dyed throughout the product, we recommend a light sanding to restore the colour when this might be needed. Each bench comes with a small sanding block for easy maintenance. FULLY WEATHERPROOF: Winawood can be kept outside and uncovered 365 days a year, looking as good as the day it was purchased. EASY TO ASSEMBLE: This collection takes approximately 15 minutes to assemble, all tools and fittings required are in the box. STAINLESS STEEL BOLTS: These are stronger and corrosion resistant and are used for their endurance quality and long-lasting durability. Stainless steel bolts can last a long time without being replaced or breaking. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
