Mullein leaves are taken from the Mullein plant (also known as Verbascum) native to Europe and Asia and are traditionally used in herbal medicine.
The leaves have been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine for chronic coughs, colds and asthma. Traditionally, mullein leaves have been used to treat respiratory issues such as tonsillitis and pneumonia.
Flavour-wise, the mullein leaves produce a rich, aromatic flavour and is linked to a number of health benefits. Research has shown that it could reduce inflammation by helping muscles to relax - however more research is required before anything is for certain.
Directions for use - Infuse in hot water for 5-6 minutes. Strain before consuming to prevent any irritation on the throat. Sweeten with a little honey if desired.

Refunds
