The Draper Expert PJ40LC is a heavy-duty pneumatic trolley jack designed for professional vehicle workshops and commercial garages handling large vehicles and machinery. This low profile jack combines an impressive 40 tonne lifting capacity with exceptional access and reach capabilities. The extra low 125mm entry height allows access beneath low-clearance vehicles, whilst the long chassis design extends to 2210mm for reaching lifting points on extended wheelbase trucks and commercial vehicles. The three-stage pneumatic operation delivers rapid lifting with air consumption of 11.5cfm at 9-12 BAR operating pressure, making it ideal for busy workshops requiring efficient turnaround times. Safety and control features include a 'Slow Down' valve for precise positioning under load, a 'Self Return' switch for safe lowering operations, and an integrated safety overload valve to prevent exceeding the jack's rated capacity. Industrial quality seals extend service life in demanding workshop environments, whilst twin rubber-coated wheels ensure quiet operation, protect garage floors from damage, and improve manoeuvrability when positioning the jack. The three-stage adjustable ergonomic handle provides comfortable operation for users of different heights, with a maximum handle length of 1380mm for optimal leverage. Supplied complete with 45mm and 75mm height lift extensions and a 1/4" BSP airline connector for immediate workshop integration.
