For desktop PCs with PCI port. Allows you to add 4 SATA ports to connect 1 to 4 SATA devices either independently or as a RAID cluster. Compatibility: SATA 1/2 - Attention, the bandwidth of the PCI bus will limit the card to the maximum speed of the PCI bus (264 MB/s for the fastest 32-bit version, i.e. PCI2.3). So this speed is higher than SATA I (150MB/s), but lower than SATA II (300MB/s). SATA 3 compliant (the maximum speed is then throttled to that of the PCI port, i.e. no more than 264 MB/s). Refunds
