Product Description

PREMIUM MULTI-FIBER ENGINEERING FOR BALANCED PERFORMANCE – Formulated with 41% Acrylic, 9% Horsehair, 26% Polyester, 14% Rayon, and 10% Cotton. This precise blend achieves the ideal equilibrium: the horsehair delivers authentic spring-back resilience, acrylic and polyester ensure dimensional stability and wrinkle recovery, while rayon and cotton add breathability and a natural hand-feel that prevents unwanted bulk. AUTHENTIC HORSEHAIR CONTENT FOR BESPOKE TAILORING MEMORY – The 9% natural animal hair provides the distinctive "living" rebound that master tailors rely on for iconic lapel rolls and chest contours. Unlike all-synthetic alternatives, this canvas flexes with movement and returns to shape, guaranteeing jackets, blazers, and coats maintain their architectural integrity through years of wear. MEDIUM-WEIGHT STRUCTURE – VERSATILE FOR YEAR-ROUND GARMENTS – This ideal mid-weight heft offers sufficient body for fall-weight suits and structured outerwear, yet remains pliable enough for spring dresses and tailored skirts. It provides crisp shaping without overwhelming lightweight shell fabrics, making it equally suitable for heavy wools, mid-weight linens, and structured cottons. SEW-IN DESIGN FOR PRECISION AND PROFESSIONAL CONTROL – The non-fusible, sew-in construction gives you full authority over placement, grain alignment, and pre-shrinking. Perfect for hand-padding (pad stitching) or machine attachment, this format allows you to float the canvas independently from the fashion fabric, achieving that coveted soft-yet-structured drape that distinguishes high-end tailoring from mass production. EXCELLENT NEEDLE PENETRATION WITH SMOOTH STITCHING FEED – Despite its firm shaping power, the open-weave construction and rayon content facilitate smooth stitching with both domestic and industrial machines. The fabric accepts needles cleanly without deflecting or puckering, reducing needle breakage and ensuring clean, professional stitch lines even during complex multi-layer assembly. TWO CONVENIENT WIDTH OPTIONS FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTION SCALES – Available in 20-inch and 58-inch widths to suit your project needs. The 20-inch width is ideal for single-bodice panels, lapels, and collars with minimal waste for small-batch or home tailoring, while the 58-inch wide format maximizes yield for mass production, full-length coats, and large-scale cutting layouts—reducing seams and saving cutting time for professional ateliers and factories. STUDIO-READY 2-YARD PACKAGE WITH FULL SPECIFICATION LABELING – Each package delivers 2 continuous yards (72 inches) of interfacing, clearly labeled with exact fiber content, width option, weight classification, and care instructions. Pre-inspected for weaving defects and arriving crease-resistant, it is ready for immediate cutting—ideal for professional ateliers, fashion design students, and home-sewing enthusiasts who demand mill-quality materials. TAILORED FOR HIGH-STRESS SHAPING AREAS – LAPELS, COLLARS & CHESTS – Engineered to perform in the most demanding zones of garment construction. The canvas's bias stretch and grain stability allow it to be cut on the straight for firm fronts or on the cross-grain for soft, rollable lapels. It molds beautifully under steam and pressure, holding shape through repeated pressing without becoming brittle or losing memory.
