More importantly, all the materials that go into this mattress, as well as, the mattress itself is manufactured HERE in the UK! This product meets all EU and UK safety regulations. Premium soft knit machine washable zip cover for added comfort. All mattresses are compressed using roller presses with over 10,000 lbs per square foot. The compressed mattresses are than folded and rolled for vacuum packing using state-of-the-art technology. All our mattresses are rolled and boxed to make it easier to ship. Returns

Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
