These are authentic iron pipes and fittings built to stand the test of time. Please be aware that these components come coated in a light industrial grease in order to slow the rusting process that gradually occurs over time. CLEANING AND SEALING IS REQUIRED FOR THOSE WHO DESIRE A MORE FINISHED LOOK. Most installations are left unfinished, but we understand that everyone's tastes are different, and have included cleaning instructions for those who favor a neater style. ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED: This lamp is for people who are a bit DIY inclined, but with a bit of courage and determination you will have yourself a great looking lamp. It is not that bad, but it is also not ready to use out of the box. Please refer to our installation video or reach out to us should you need any help. Lightbulb not included. COMPONENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS: This kit comes with all necessary pipes, pieces, and swag kit needed for instillation. The socket will fit most incandescent, CFL and LED bulb with a standard E26 or E27 sized base. This swag kit comes with a high to low dimmer, has a maximum of 150 watts, comes with 11 feet of cord, and features an easy to install push connect design. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
